How to apply
Prepare clean, evenly sanded bare wood and remove all dust. Set up the spray equipment for the system being used and make a test panel before coating the job.
Spray a thin first coat at approximately 20–40 g/m². Let it dry until ready to sand, then lightly sand with P320 or finer and remove every trace of dust. Spray the second thin coat at the same application rate and let it dry overnight before handling or packaging.
Equipment settings differ between gravity-fed and air-assisted systems. Keep the product listing's general directions concise and link the Osmo spray instruction sheet for nozzle, pressure and production settings.
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean finished surfaces with Spray Cleaner or the appropriate Osmo maintenance product. Spot repairs and refresh coats should follow the same surface-preparation and spray-system requirements.
